Why do I need to do this now?
Sorry, but we won’t hold any booking for anyone until the full deposit of £750 for each week has been paid. Even if we wanted to, we can’t, as some booking sites that we advertise weeks on, can make a booking without consulting us, and we are then contractually obliged to honour that booking. The only way we can avoid this is to remove the week from these sites, which we will only do if the deposit has been paid in full and we have had reasonable time to react.

Providing you enter our banking details correctly, your bank will certify that the account is genuine. We have never had a problem, but if you are still worried and want to speak to us first, please use our Contact Us form to say so, and we will happily ring you to provide reassurance. Please note though that delays may allow someone else to book in the meantime. Unlikely but possible.

Will I get a receipt?
Your bank should provide you with one. Our bank notifies us immediately funds arrive and as soon as possible we will remove the relevant week from other booking sites and confirm your booking by email. The mail will contain an invoice for the balance due, which will not be payable until 3 months before your start date (or now if less than three months) and also a link to our User Guide so you can start planning your holiday.
