No other house in sight and nearly always nobody else in the locality. Admire the orchids & other wild flowers and watch out for eagles, curlews & red deer. Nature at its best, without having to leave the property

Enjoy the small river that flows through the grounds and our own private waterfall. Picnic on a small island and try the stepping stones. Swim on the large loch adjacent, usually with absolutely nobody else around.

The electric engine makes handling and fishing easy, so you can enjoy the peace and quiet of being on the water and listen to curlews and other birds. Fish your way to beaches up the loch for picnics and cook your fish there. They are delicious!

Splash around in the river, swim in the loch, and eat wild strawberries & raspberries. Bring your bikes to go further along the loch or down into the forestry . Let your dogs enjoy freedom on the many different walks from the house.

Ideal for entertaining children in any wet weather. Many a game of badminton, and indoor tennis, cricket, & football have been enjoyed here.

There is also a games room with table tennis table and seating area.
