Downstairs:

• Large airy entrance hall with welly drier & plenty of space to hang coats and boots.

• Big Kitchen with table that seats 8. Large fridge, twin sinks, microwave, dishwasher and modern range cooker (2 electric ovens, grill and 5 ring electric induction hob).

• Sitting room with open fire and DVD player with Apps for streaming iPlayer, YouTube, Amazon Prime, Netflix etc).

• Shower room with shower, WC, towel rail and basin.

• Walk in drying cupboard

Also:

• Laundry room with large upright freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, belfast sink and ironing press. Also an iron and ironing board.

• Sports Barn for playing indoor games of tennis, football, badminton etc.

• Games Room with table tennis table and old sofas. (Ideal for teenagers to play without disturbing you).

  Some other rooms in the house are reserved by the owners, but will not be used by anyone during your stay.

Upstairs:

• 1st Twin bedroom (can be made up as a double if requested on booking). Panel heater.

• 2nd Twin bedroom with hand basin and panel heater. Plenty of space if needed to add the extra temporary bed provided for a child.

• Small bathroom with WC, bath & shower hose, hand basin and heated towel rail.

  As there are only two bedrooms the maximum people allowed to stay are two couples OR one couple and three children.
